How can I use this tool?

Using the Web App:

• Register and Sign In: Visit the website of Notta and make your own account. After logging in, you will see the Notta dashboard.

• Transcription Methods: Here are two main options for using Notta for transcription:

• • Audio Recording: Press the microphone symbol or “Record” button to start recording your voice. Notta is able to transcribe what you say as it happens.
  • Upload Files: Press “Import Files” located at the right side of the dashboard. You can either drag and drop your audio/video files (it supports different formats) or pick them from device storage. Another way is to insert links coming from cloud storage services, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Notta will upload and transcribe the files.

• Select Transcription Language: Make sure to choose the right language for the audio/video content before you upload or record it.

• Editing and Management: When the transcription has been done, Notta shows it in text form together with the recording (if there is one). You can change the transcript, put labels for speakers, and make notes using editing tools that are given.
