How can I use Notta AI?

Using the Web App:

• Register and Sign In: Visit Notta’s website and create your account. After logging in, you will see the Notta dashboard.
• Transcription Methods: Here are two main options for using Notta for transcription:
  • Audio Recording: Press the microphone symbol or “Record” button to start recording your voice. Notta can transcribe what you say as it happens.
  • Upload Files: Press “Import Files” on the dashboard’s right side. You can either drag and drop your audio/video files (it supports different formats) or pick them from device storage. Another way is to insert links from cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox. Notta will upload and transcribe the files.
• Select Transcription Language: Make sure to choose the correct language for the audio/video content before you upload or record it.
• Editing and Management: When the transcription has been done, Notta shows it in text form together with the recording (if there is one). You can change the transcript, put labels for speakers, and make notes using editing tools that are given.
