The simplicity and the layout. Also the fact that it offers separate sections for receipts and suppliers, while most online invoicing software completely skips receipts. Over the years the price has remained between £12 and £18, with a few ups and downs, so overall very affordable for the offering. Invoice generation is simple, although you can only choose from a few templates. Recurring invoicing is also included in the price. It also integrates with PayPal, so any purchases made that way can be automatically pulled into KashFlow, and with a click of a button you can get the expenses receipts created. Over the 10 years that I’ve used it for, there were only a few minor outages, that very always very quickly resolved. Can’t really comment on support as never needed it.

KashFlow makes it easy to manage financial processes, for example, calculating the salaries of employees, this software does everything possible to simplify this task for you. There is a convenient mobile application that allows you to view your account at any time. I was surprised at the price of this software.

I don’t work in accounting but I do working closely with them on getting my forecast or my shipments and it shows how much money I can spend and how much I will need to spend for any other future orders I am having come from out of the country.

I love how you can access your files from anywhere at any time as well, And you can store however many files you want/ need space for. And nothing gets deleted.

Easy invoicing, good dashboard, simple vat returns, good range of integrated apps which are very handy, good loading speed, lots of nifty functions to make accounting a breeze.
I have been using Kashflow from its early days (6-7 years ago), I have enjoyed how the software has evolved, the functionality is great is most areas, and they have integrated with some handy apps for many functions like posting an invoices, direct debit sync, expenses, etc. Support is only via email, although the support staff are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and quick to respond.
