I like Zoho Books so much that it allows me to manage multiple timesheets of different projects and track the reimbursable expenses. It also lets me connect bank and credit card accounts and match automatic sources with transactions, this brilliant tool comes with automatic banking sources, collaborative customer portal, accounting and taxes, online payments, invoice templates and analytical reports. The best thing is that my company can automate recurring activities such as billing, payment reminders, automatic payment and note of gratitude for payment. Zoho Books updates the quantity and value of items sold and purchased. Send notification to purchase items when stock levels fall below a defined value. The solution has the analytical capabilities to provide reports of accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, income and expenses through its control panel. Support is provided through the knowledge base and the telephone.

A well thought out and easy to use accounting system. I’ve had many compliments from our team on this vs our old, more traditional accounting package. The variety and depth of integrations is great too, particularly the automation of creating shipment labels, and tracking shipments through to delivery within the software (though this bit does require inventory)

Books is cloud based. has a decent website with (limited functioning) mobile app. ability to connect your bank account directly to automatically fetch transactions is amazing. GST returns can be pushed directly to the GSTN servers which is super. browser notifications also help. also, Zoho has partnered with GSTN to offer absolutely free use of full accounting services of Zoho Books for GST registered companies with turnover less than INR 1.5 crores per annum. Books also has full support for forex accounting in case you are in business of exporting and would like to invoice in foreign currencies.

I like the simplicity of the software and the fact that it covers all my accounting business needs. I also like that my accountant likes the software. I can deal with my clients in multiple currencies, multiple languages with very little efforts.

The sales tax report (on the Canadian edition) makes filing the tax reports a breeze and is the primary reason I moved from Zoho Invoice to Zoho Books.

The bank reconciliation features make it easy to match the bank information against the books since it imports the data directly from the bank accounts and provides enough information to link it to the transactions.

What you really enjoy when using Zoho Books is how easy and simple it is to work while helping you make the right decisions depending on the information received from the software. It has a huge amount of options to customize customer reports, sales teams that allow you to visualize the whole process in detail as well as allow the integration of other applications between its functionalities. Its support via email is very responsive and they usually solve your problems quickly.

This tool has enabled us to customize our invoices due to which we easily get our payments. We do not have to put reminder but through its online payments option we are at ease. We are capable of carrying the quotations in very short span of time, because necessary information about the client has been already stored in its memory we just pick up and get started. Not only are we dealing efficiently in invoices but now we submit our bills through its banking finance services.
