Refund Policy For Sellers

We consider that your SaaS buyers may not be convinced with your product after buying your paid subscription hence we allow buyers to push a refund request under a definite window time.

Sellers can set the refund window time. For example, if the seller allows a refund up to 30 days, the same will be notified to the buyer. If they choose to buy your product, they will accept this refund policy that you apply to your saas product for selling on HTBS.
