How to use ZepCall for your Business.
Once you log in to ZepCall, a Dashboard will appear. This Dashboard will help you to get a quick overview of the Leads and Lead’s Performance on a daily and monthly basis.
There will be a Campaign page, Under the Campaign Page, you can Create Campaign for Click-to-Call and OR Virtual Number according to your requirement.
To Create a Click-to-Call Campaign, you need to fill a form. Enter Campaign Name, Choose the colour for the Icon, Choose CLI, you can input the ‘Thank you text’ which will display post verification to the visitor and enter the Mobile Number of a Business representative on which you want call to connect. Once you complete the form, a code will auto- generate, and this code will allow you to set up the Call Button on your Website.
Similarly, you can create campaign for Virtual Mobile Number. Enter the Campaign Name, alotted VMN Number, and the Mobile Number of a Business Representative on which you want the call to connect.
After creating campaigns, the details of all the Campaigns along with the Code required for the ZepCall Setup will appear on the page, for your quick overview.
On Activity Page, Performance of Campaigns is visible such as Campaign Details, Call Details and Call Recordings for your analysis with campaign export feature.
Under the Report Section. A summary of Campaigns is available for your Reporting Purpose along with the export feature.
In Account section, you can find Company details, subscription plan with complete Transaction History. You can also edit your Profile and Upgrade your Plan as per your need.
